Investigation the Relationship between Mental Toughness and Courage Levels of Sports Sciences Faculty Students for Sustainable Performance

This research aimed to explore any links between mental toughness and courage in sports among students enrolled the faculty of science, employing a relational screening model with sample consisting 340 university who were selected using convenience sampling method. Research data collected through Personal Information Form, Sports Mental Toughness Questionnaire (SMTQ), Sport Courage Scale (SCS). Data analyses included independent groups T-test, One-Way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient. Significant differences detected SMTQ SCS, as well total scale scores, based on gender variable, which is one demographic variables. SCS subdimensions scores differed significantly according department. Furthermore, study identified significant academic year variable. However, no relationship was found age scores. The findings this indicate positive Therefore, it can be concluded that levels science increase, their also increase.
